Licensing
Badlands Distillery holds a Class E manufacturing licence issued by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC). Licence number: [LICENCE NUMBER]. All production, sale and shipment of our products is carried out in accordance with the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act (Alberta) and AGLC policy.

Alcoholic products
The products offered on this website are alcoholic beverages. They are sold only to persons of legal drinking age. Details are set out in our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

Where a product is described as award-winning, the relevant competition and year are identified on that product's page. Alcohol content, volume and tasting descriptions reflect the product at time of publication and may vary slightly between small batches.
